What is Black Fax?

To send a fax, generally many pages in length, of a solid black image. The intent is that the recipient's fax machine will run out of ink or toner, or possibly even break.
I just got fired because the budget wasn't big enough for my salary and the new soda machine. I'm totally going to black fax them all day.
