A phrase that catagorizes items, entertainment, and other things that belong to the African-American community. Usually used as a racial slur.
"Because of the Viacom-Time Warner fight, we won't be subjected to such black garbage as 106 and Park, Baldwin Hills, and all that other BET crap."
