Think of a Scene kidmaking babies with a Kandi Kids. They dress brightly, wearing many beaded necklaces and bracelets. Wearing weird, random things -- goggles, ect. Nothing about them is subtle -- big hair, makeup, everything. Many things they wear will shine brightly under UV.

Now, where'd the differences between your average teen who dresses up?
