What is Black Magic Woman?

A woman of color who repeatedly likes to touch little boys/girls with her hair weave. Then the "black magic woman" takes the little child back to her cottage in the hood to feed them chitlets and fried chicken.
Little boy- i was walking home from school today and the "black magic woman" to me to her place and rubbed her weave on me.
