What is Black Mexican?

A Puerto Rican or a Dominican, or similar. The fact that these people are often of combined African, Spanish and native descent makes them like Mexicans, but black. Hence, black mexicans. For people from the west coast (especially black people from California), it is a shocker to hear so many black people speaking Spanish.

I went to New York last month. I couldn't believe how many black mexicans there were.
