What is Blackjack Fifteen?

Used to refer to a woman who isn't hot, but also isn't ugly. You aren't quite sure if you want to hit it.
Term is taken from the popular card game of Blackjack, where it can sometimes be difficult to decide if you want to "hit" when your cards add up to 15.
Bob: Oh man, look at her!
Larry: Eh...she's a blackjack fifteen.
Bob: No way. I would totally hit that.
