What is Black-out Monday?

When you drink so much Monday night that you black out.. usually because you are pissed off at the amount of homework you will be having through out the week.
I'm fuckin excited for black-out Monday.. i have so much homework this week i'm not gonna be able to party any other night besides tonight.
