an accent that use ebonics or "ghetto speak". using words that orginate in hip-hop culture or inner city african american communities. a blakcent is in most cases used by african americans but can be used by whites. a white that has a blakcent is known as a wigger. words in the blakcent dialect: cracker, gangsta, crunk, and trifullin'. any word ending in izzle is also included
