A blamist is someone who blames another race because progress or a decision is going slow.

They began to emerge when blacks wanted equal rights.

Popular in the black community.

However, used by many other races also.

"What if a little WHITE girl was killed? They would have someone in jail in 3 hours! But, when a Black girl is killed noone in the police dept. seems to care!"
