an African American (black) who acts like the typical stereotypical, preppy caucasion (white) boy; a wanna be white boy; in some cases not directed towars race but a person who acts like the stereo typical caucasion
That black neighbor of my is such a blanksta. He wears short shorts, wears a tie on the weekend to wear around the house, and above all he thinks he' so rich and preppy!
