What is Blatte?

Swedish word/slang for an individual who's an Arab. A blatte is usually annoying, somewhat chavvy and fail to properly speak the Swedish language. A blatte is not a 'nigga' as some people choose to call them. They usually have tendencies on being violent whilst hanging out with their blatte friends, although when they're on their own they're professional suck ups.
