What is Bleacher Blonde?

One of those girls who goes to high school baseball/football/soccer games etc who typically..
-does not watch the game at all
-talks in high pictch "oh my god guess what?!" voice, laughs loudly and annoys others in the stands
-travels in a pack of others similar to her
-has bleached blonde hair
-has fake tan
-wears short shorts and low cut shirts
-wears large sunglasses
(A bleacher blonde does not necessarily have to be a blonde.)
"Omg kerstie did you see that hott guy in the stands over there?!" "oh em gee! No! Where?!" (someone from stands watching the game)- "those bleacher blondes arent even watching the game. I hope she gets hit with a foul ball!"
