BLGW (pronounced bull-gew) is short for Bam Lets Get Wasted. Shouted in almost any case: celebration, or out of boredom or happiness, or if u wanna plain get drunk. When BLGW is used, it does NOT mean the person who said it's intention is to get drunk.
