What is Blift?

Short for web lift.

The act of "lifting" (stealing, plagiarizing, borrowing) informtion from a website. The typical purpose is twofold:

1) To advertise another's idea as one's own creation.

2) To incorporate / remix lifted ideas

into new creations.

An act of blifting.

My friend, you blifted that idea from Slashdot.

I blifted the term "blift" a long time ago, from a website far, far away...
