What is Blind Cyclops?

Most commonly this happens early in the morning for men, especially after a night of sex, but could happen just by sitting in one position for too long. This is when you go the pee, and it shoots off to one side or pulls a "Y" effect and sprays on the toilet seat instead of getting into the bowl.
Oh man, I have a blind cyclops. I just got pee all over the seat.
