What is Blind Wiper?

Someone who does not look after wiping (post BM). They simply wipe and flush, relying on their confidence that all waste was wiped away properly.
"What do you mean you don't look?"
"I don't look! I can feel that I got it all."
"You're a blind wiper?? EW! YOU GOTTA WIPE TILL IT'S WHITE!"
