What is Bloaged?

Used primarily in the southern Donegal region, Donegal Town(Ireland). This word is used:
1 to reflect a state of drunkenness or
2 the most drunk.
Other main stream words similar to 'bloaged' could be locked, langered, hammered, tipsy, drunk, pissed, f*cked.
It is to be noted that 'bloaged' is not to be spelled...ever. Even though it has been used here the spelling in the English language does not and cannot recreate the tone used by natives of Donegal.
I went to the pub last night and was so bloaged I forgot my girlfriends name.
I got in a fight because I was so bloaged.
Fun was had by all seen as we were all bloaged.
