What is Blogball?

A very large blog post, particularly one in a blog which has been inactive for some time. Usually used in the phrase “to cough up a blogball”, by analogy with hairballs coughed up by cats.

Stacey musta been on vacation; she hasn’t posted anything for a month but today she coughed up a 10 k blogball with likea hundred pictures of her and a buncha randomeurotrash.
