What is Blogstipation?

It's been quite a while since I blogged about anything and I have the feeling of blogstipation.

Anxiously awaiting the next installment of a popular blogger, but it just isn't coming.
I thought Tori had a case of blogstipation, but it turned out she was traveling to Antarctica and couldn't get to a computer to update her blog.
