This name can be used to describe three different games, all of which end with bleeding knuckles:

1) the knuckles are laid flat on the floor while another person flicks coins straight at the other person's knuckles.

2) two peoples' fists are touching together. the goal of person 1 is to hit person 2's knuckles. if person 2 flinches 3 times then person 1 gets a free hit. If person 1 misses then he will now have to dodge cracks on the fist from person 2.

3) Person 1 and person 2 punch each others' fists repeadedly, and not necessarily hard, until one of them gives up.
