What is Blooper Reel?

The sequence at the end of a show on TV that shows the bloopers, or mistakes, made while on the set of a TV show recording.

As seen on "Fresh Prince of Bell-Air":

"...and I just (inunderstandable mumbling). Congratulations, you just made the blooper reel!"
