What is Blousing?

1. When someone is browsing, or looking at women's blouses with the intention to stare at breasts. Usually done by teenagers at the mall.
Cute girl in the record store: "May I help you"
Guy: "No thank you just blousing (as he looks at her chest)"
2.
A man behaving like a woman. Any complaining, needy or general unmanly behaviour can be described as blousing.
From the english term: big girl's blouse.
Paul: You coming out on the piss?
Jay: Nah, Dec will be there and anytime we want to do anything mad, he starts blousing.
Paul: Good point.
