A slang term for dyed pubic hair, most commonly blue in color.
Wanda: "Frank, aren't you looking good. I just love that blue sweater!"
Frank: "I knew you'd like it. I made it myself."
*Note*: Frank has to be naked, or at least pants-less, for this to work.
