What is Bluntsplitters?

Very long fingernails, especially on the thumbs. Originates from the practice of thug-type guys who would use their long thumbnails to cut open blunts.
Also used sarcastically to refer to someone's obviously poor grooming.
Damn, Alex got some bluntsplitters!
