A slang word for the word "hoes" but in a lighter sense of the word. Like not actually another word for hoe. Just means that you have plenty of females around you.
Joe: man i got so many boez around me, im think im god
Susan: What did you just say!
Joe: I have boez around me.
Susan: oh ok, as long as there not hoes.
