A term to measure how appealing or desirable a person may be. It is frequently used in reference to a persons visual appearance and how sexually appealing they may be.
“She is totally boffable!”
There is even a website named “Boffable” that is based on this principle. You upload a picture of your self, and see how boffable you are to other members on the site.
