An Irishman/woman, or person of Irish decent. It is said that an Irishman is a bog arab due to the plethora of peat bogs to be found in Ireland.
The nature of this derogatory/endearing term for the Irish person in your life can also be emphasized by adding the following phrases:
Caravan-dwelling
Horse-wrestling
Peat trotting
Turnip Munching
You see that guy over there? No he doesn't have a speech impediment, he's just a bog arab.
