Faux-Georgian word, a sarcastic way of describing Chechnya and parts of Daghestan. If this were a real Georgian word, it would mean "land of the bomb", from English "bomb" and the Georgian suffix "-eti" meaning "land of...".
Chechneti---Bombeti aris! (Translation: Chechnya is the Land of the Bomb!)
