What is Bond'd?

In reference to the game Saints Row 2, in which someone joins you in a Co-op game with cheats activated, and then your save file gets marked so you can't get any achievements.
"Dude, I was trying to get achievements when someone bond'd me, now I need to start my 20 hour file all over..."
