A penetrating thoracic injury from an erect penis resulting in collapse of the ipsilateral lung as a result of semen accumulation. The boner should not be removed until both parties have climaxed
A 26 year old female presents to shock trauma with shortness of breath and wet panties. Our working differential diagnosis is tension bonerthorax and lupus.
