What is Bong Probation?

First time smoker or experienced smoker when they inhale they cough up all the smoke and accidentally blow out the current bowl.

Tim inhales smoke out of the bong and coughs therefore blowing air into the bong and loses the current bowl.

Then Jerry says wow you dropped the bowl your on "bong probation"
