An exclamation meaning anything you want it to mean. Something to throw into a sentence to make something stand out.
It was made up in 1976 and was soon copied by many people, but not enough to get it out into the world. Maybe now it can.
"Oh my, did you see that?"
"Oh yes, bonkeri, deary!"
