1. (Verb) Behaviour in a workplace that demonstrates a complete disregard for responsibility and duty. Behaviour is often characterised by frequent and lengthly absence from the workplace (see Bontjer break), and an affinity for bike riding and questionable riding outfits.

2. (Noun) The name for someone who acts in a Bonjter-like manner.

3. (Adj.) Embodying the characteristics of Bontjer-like behaviour.

1. Theophilis thought completing the task correctly was too much work. He decided to just Bontjer it.

2. Theophilis was always being lazy in the workplace. His workmates thought he was such a Bontjer.

3. "Screw this, I'm leaving. I won't be back today, I'm going on a Bontjer break".
