What is Boobok?

A negative designation given to African-American's by white natives of the Cleavland, OH (and possibly other) areas. Much akin to such racial slurs as {nigger}, and {jigaboo}, "boobok" is not a friendly thing to call someone and can result in bodily harm.
"That boobok is so dark, he's actually blue!"
" Yeah, the same Randy that was in the Klan last year has become a rapper and now he hangs with the boobok's!"
