The feeling one gets when experiencing a moment of ecstacy or pleasure.
When you climb a mountain and do a 360 degree turn and can see the land in all directions and getting a feeling of euphoria, that is boob-time.
When you are at a rock show and have had a couple beers and can't stop dancing because the band is rocking so hard, that is boob-time.
