What is Booman?

A Booman is a person with the shape and posture of a dwarf which has accidentally been put in a spaghetti machine. It wears a pair of upside-down Harry Potter-style glasses which have been painted purple by a 3 year old kid with brain damage and a spray can.
"Oh dear, what's that man doing over there?"
"Oh, he's just being Booman."
