What is Boong Jelopy?

An old car with lots of dents and damage. For example, a 15 year old car with one or more smashed or missing windows and lots of dents and/or scratches. There can also be rubbish from lots of junk-food or take away food in the vehicle. There may also be more people in the car than is legally safe. There may be up to seven young boongs in the back seat chewing on lollies and chips bought with dole-money from the local gas station. The child-boongs will all have thick green snot running from their wide noses into their mouths.
My caucasian friend, Celia, just bought a second hand car. She thinks it's a good deal but she really bought a boong jelopy.
