What is Boopac?

A word that started up in the Midwestsometime in 2004 or 2005 and has started to gain popularity since the Fall of 2006. One use is to define a guy as a niggardly cheater who doesn't even have the balls to man up when he's been caught, and who deserves to lose his testes and all of his money. Another use is a generic insult to anything.

That dude is such a boopac, he won't even get either of his bitches a ketchup packet from McDonald's.

What a fuckin boopac.
