An unattractive, fatty-bo-batty girlfriend whose desperate need for love and affection blinds her to the true nature of her secondary status. Boo-pigs are good for bizarre and often painful sex to which one's actual boo would never submit. (Both a noun and adjective.)
After Denise left, I called over Tammy and pissed all over her boo-pig face.
