When Ann Coulter was confronted in an interview that her lies weould send her to hell, she stated, "I can make up anything I want because when it comes to facing those pearly gates I will be born again"

One that hasn't had sexual intercourse with another person for a lapsed period of one year (12 months).
Basically to be a "born again virgin" usually not by choice.
