What is Boston Flapjack?

Similar in execution to the Boston Pancake, except that an oats-based meal (Muesli, Scottish porridge) must have been had before the event.
So my boy was going to give me a b. pancake breakfast but it turned out to be a Boston flapjack...
Still yummy though!
