A bottle squat is when a female squats down over a beer bottle and takes as much of the neck of the bottle into her vagina as she wants, and attempts to pick it up using only her vaginal muscles.
In order to get into the sorority, Kerri had to perform the dreaded bottle squat in the middle of the party.
