Anything "extra" that makes its way into a package for something you've bought on eBay. Extra goodies, promotional, religious or random stuff that people try to unload on you by adding it to your package.
I bought a new cellphone on ebay and the guy included two demo CDs for his band. Can't believe I got stuck with the shipping for all this boughtsam.
