Basically a complete twat. Someone who believes that they are better than others even though every person around them knows that they are not better at all. They are usually fat and moan lots about everything.... Rude, obnoxious, aragant, ugly as fuck yet can't see or admit it.. they are rarely wrong, they frequently break things that they touch, but blame the manufacturers etc.. complete cunt
