What is Box Happy?

When you finish filling out a form and then realize(or are told by the person processing the form) that you have ticked way too many boxes.
Guy 1: Hey dude can you look over this aplication form i filled in?
Guy 2: Ok (reads over document) dude what the hell you ticked all the boxs even the yes and no ones.
Guy 1: yeah i think i got a little box happy.
