What is Boyfriendectomy?

The process of successfully moving in on a hot girl who currently has a boyfriend. This process can take anywhere from one night to several months of diligent work (i.e. being a "sympathetic ear" regarding her problems with said boyfriend).
Eileen complained a lot about the guy she had been dating for a year, so I decided it was time to perform a boyfriendectomy.
