The recreational activity of broke high school chicks driving around a major US city without their shirts on, thus only wearing a bra. Generally causes comotion for fellow motorists, but is good for getting free drive-thru food. Originated in Las Vegas, NV, circa 1997.

My friends and I had no money but a full tank of gas, so we drove around town shirt-less and had a moxiebra ride.
