What is Braga-braga?

A small, homemade bag, filled with broken glass, usually made very quickly in times of emergency. No one really knows why anyone would make a braga-braga, but they do exist.
Dan picked up the shirt, and attempted to make a braga-braga, but failed miserably for want of a needle and thread.
