What is Breeding Circle?

A cirlce of men and woman who breed at a suprisingly drastic rate. Such gatherings can be found in games such as Black and White 2™. On rare occasions you can drive down South St. In Philadelphia and see such circles.
Guy 1: Yo dude! I just saw that breeding circle they were talking about down over yonda!
