To do, or to make something dumb. Anything stupid or borderline retarted. To spill, or to spill multiple times. To spaz out on the actions you have done, or to freak out randomly. To be annoying.
You are sitting at a dinner table when suddenly someone spills a drink, they go to clean it up and in the process spill another drink. Then proceed to spaz out at the dinner table in front of multiple parents and peers, and then leave.
That is a Briggs move.
